  1. Appointment-Based Service
    All services are by appointment only. Please book in advance to secure your preferred date and time—weekends tend to fill up quickly.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.
  3. Payment Policy
    Payment is due upon completion of service.
    Accepted forms of payment:
    • Zelle (preferred)
    • Credit/Debit (3% service fee applies)
  4. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
    Prices may increase depending on the severity of the vehicle’s condition (e.g. excessive pet hair, stains, heavy buildup). We will always communicate any price adjustments before starting the service.
  5. Weather Policy
    In cases of rain or extreme weather, appointments may need to be rescheduled for safety and quality. We’ll notify you ahead of time if any changes are needed.
  6. Satisfaction Guarantee
    We stand by our work. If there’s something we missed or if you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
